Deputy Manager and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 32 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Deputy Manager (Finance): Degree in any discipline with Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).

Deputy Manager (Systems): Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology OR Degree in any discipline with MCA.

Deputy Manager (HRD): Graduation with PG Degree or PG Diploma in Social Work / Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/ IR /IRPM/HR/HRM or MBA (Personnel Management/HR /HRM) minimum of two years duration.

Deputy Manager (Law): Degree in any discipline with Graduate Degree in Law OR Integrated Law of 5 yrs duration.

Deputy Manager (Survey): Degree in Mining Engineering with 2nd Class Certificate of Competency under Coal Mines regulation. Candidates having Surveyor certificate will be given preference.

Deputy Manager (PR&CC): Graduate with PG Degree or Diploma in PR/Journalism/Mass Communication (minimum of two years duration)

Senior Manager (Mining): Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted/ Restricted). For more details, please refer to official notification.

Pay Scale:
INR
60000-260000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.

Selection Procedure: Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Personal Interview(PI), with a weightage of 85% and 15% respectively.
