Scientific Officer-D (Central Imaging and Flow Cytometry Facility)

Job Location: Bellary Road, Bangalore, 560065 Karnataka

Educational Qualification: 1. Ph.D. in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/chemistry/physics from a recognized University/Institute. 2. Minimum Two (2) years post-doctoral experience in Microscopy or Flow Cytometry. Desirable Qualification & Experience: 1. Hands-on experience in working with modern microscopy and/or flow cytometry systems. 2. Experience in managing microscopes/flow cytometers and associated equipment. 3. Track record in developing and implementing new methods of imaging and/or flow cytometry for Life Science applications. 4. Experience in the use of digital technologies and tools for the acquisition, storage and analysis of data from microscopes or/and flow cytometers. 5. Track record and interest in training researchers in the use of microscopy and/or flow cytometry for biological research. 6. Administerial experience in running a research facility including maintenance and repair of the equipment.

Pay Scale: INR 67,700/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
