Educational Qualification:
M.Sc or Ph.D in a scientific discipline.
Significant prior administrative experience.
Willingness to travel to the northeast upto two to three times a year.
Proven communication ability both written and oral.
The ability to analyse, summarize and communicate information.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
Initiative, enthusiasm and a flexible approach to work.
