Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Director: Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Anthropology, Applied Anthropology, Statistics, Psychology, Geography, or Mathematics (with statistics) with 8 years experience in survey/research, or 5 years regular service at Level‑11.
• Law Officer: Master’s degree in Law with 5 years teaching/research OR LLB with 7 years teaching/research OR 7 years in State Judicial Service OR 7 years practice as an Advocate under Advocates Act, 1961.
• Assistant Director: Master’s degree in any of the disciplines listed above with 3 years experience in survey/research, or 2 years regular service at Level‑8.
• Research Officer: Master’s degree in any of the disciplines listed above with 2 years experience in survey/research, or 2 years regular service at Level‑7.
• Accountant: Senior Secretariat Assistants with 8 years service and training in Cash & Accounts work (Institute of Secretariat Training & Management) plus 2 years cash/accounts experience; OR analogous post experience; OR 6 years service at Level‑5; OR 8 years service at Level‑4 with training and 2 years experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

Applications received through proper channel are evaluated on eligibility, qualifications, experience, and updated APAR records. The selection will be made through direct interview/assessment. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.
