The NCERT invites applications from eligible candidates to prepare panel for recruitment on the following posts purely on contractual basis for the programmes/projects being coordinated by the NCERT under Samagra Shiksha – Integrated Scheme approved by Project Approval Board (PAB) of Ministry of Education, Govt. of India for the year 2021-22 till 31st March, 2022 likely to be continued in in next financial year. The educational qualification, experience and terms and conditions are as under:

3. Remuneration Rs, 25,000/-(NET Qualified) Rs. 23,000/- (Without NET)

4. Qualifications: Post Graduation Degree in Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Commerce/Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Education/ Psychology/ Computer Science/ from recognized university/Institute with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (50% marks or equivalent grade in case of SC/ST/PH).

5. Desirable: 

a) B.Ed./M.Ed./Ph.D. in Education

b) Experience in the field of curriculum designing & development

c) Research experience in the field of Education

d) Proficiency in English & Hindi

e) Working knowledge of computer applications

Selection Procedure

1. Shortlisted Candidates must bring the print out of application in the prescribed format along with self attested photocopy of testimonials/certificates and one photograph at the time of interview. Candidates are also directed to bring the original certificates/testimonials for verification at the time of interview.

2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview in online/faceto-face mode, to be decided later.

How to Apply:

1. Interested candidates are required to apply through the Google form links mentioned against each post latest by 15th January, 2022. Candidates will be first shortlisted based on the information submitted through the Google form. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit correct information through the google form and provide documents in its support at the time of interview. The notice of interview will be sent on the email id submitted in the google form.

2. It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility conditions in terms of (i) educational qualifications (ii) experience etc. The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.

3. These posts are purely temporary and posts may increase/decrease as per the need and keeping in view the suitability of the candidates appeared in the interview. Further the post is contractual against PAB/PAC programme with no provision of increment in the remuneration and it will not provide any claim for regular employment in NCERT.

4. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview or joining the post

5. If selected, candidates may be required to join immediately Candidates should produce their written and/or published work

6. The Council reserves the right to relax any of the requirements i.e., educational qualification, experience, etc. in exceptional cases.

7. Canvassing through any means shall be taken seriously and the candidature is liable to be rejected.

8. Eligible retired employees of NCERT possessing relevant qualifications and experience may also apply.

National Council of Educational Research and Training Logo

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is an autonomous organisation set up in 1961 by the Government of India to assist and advise the Central and State Governments on policies and programmes for qualitative improvement in school education.
