Through Video Conferencing on MS Team) Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates for ONLINE INTERVIEW (Through Microsoft Team) for the following purely temporary positions of Project Associate-I

1. Position: Project Associate-I

2. No of Post: 03

3. Project: 

a) Assessment of Dust Emissions from Stone Crushing Industries and Distance Criteria in the State of Tamil Nadu (CNP 2713)

b) Environmental Quality Assessment (EQA) of the Beach Resort & Theme Park Site, Muttukadu, Chennai (CNP 2656)

4. Qualifications: 

a) B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Chemical Engg.) with Computer Literacy

b) B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Chemical Engg.) with Computer Literacy

5. Job Requirement: 

a) Air, water, wastewater & soil analysis and ability to prepare scientific reports with proficiency in computer knowledge and regional language (Tamil)

6. Monthly Emoluments: 25000+HRA

Selection Procedure

1. Selection is based on an online Interview through MS Team. The date of interview shall be notified separately through e-mail to the shortlisted candidates ONLY after screening based on their applications received within the stipulated time.

2. The engagement is purely on a temporary basis which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project, and the satisfactory performance/conduct of the appointee. The Project Associate shall be working at CSIR-NEERI, Chennai. The engagement will be co-terminus with the project duration. The engagement shall not be an appointment in CSIR/NEERI, temporary or otherwise. It would therefore not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/absorption.

3. Only the shortlisted candidates by the screening committee shall be called for the online interview. Candidates possessing the prescribed educational qualifications and the results declared are eligible to apply. Upon selection/empanelment, the original documents including eligibility qualification, age, and relaxation duly verified, if any discrepancy is found, the selection/empanelment stands automatically canceled. No interim inquiries will be entertained in this regard.
