3. Scope Of Work: The experienced professionals are required for pre-commissioning /commissioning and operation of newly set up agrochemical plant at Bathinda.
4. Qualification: B.Sc. with Chemistry as one subject
5. Experience; 05 years’ experience in analysis of technical/formulations of Agrochemicals in Agrochemical manufacturing Plant.
6. Period Of Engagement: The engagement shall be on contract basis initially for a period of one year only from the date of their joining. The engagement can be extended for a further period of 1 year at the sole discretion of Management based on administrative requirement and /or their performance. The services of above incumbents may be terminated at any point of time without assigning any reason therefor.
7. Cut Off Date For Reckoningeligibility shall be 01.12.2021 for all purposes of this advertisement.
8. Leave: 1 day’s Leave per month on pro rata basis shall be admissible during the period of engagement.
9. Accomodation: The engaged person shall be entitled for accommodation in NFL, Bathinda Township on payment of Normal License Fee, as applicable to regular employees during the period of engagement. B-type ‘quarters’ to Consultants may be allowed. However, water and electricity charges shall be borne by the individual. No HRA shall admissible, in case the candidate refuses to avail the allotted accommodation in NFL Township.

1. Only short listed candidates who are found eligible based on the application submitted will be called for participating in the Selection Process. In case the applicant does not receive any communication within 90 days from the date of publication of this advertisement, it may be presumed that he/she has not been short listed for the Selection Process.
2. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interview. Selection shall be made according to merit drawn on the basis of performance of shortlisted candidates in the interview process to be held at NFL Bathinda. Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with minimum average of 50% marks. No Travelling Allowance would be payable for attending the interview or joining/reporting for duty upon selection.
1. Last date of receipt of duly filled in application is 15 days from the date of issue of advertisement.
2. Any corrigendum/addendum /errata for this advertisement shall be published only on the NFL’s website.
3. . Interested candidates may submit their application in the prescribed proforma, which should be duly filled-in alongwith self-attested copies of certificates regarding date of birth, educational qualifications, post qualification work- experience Certificate(s) and Relieving Order from last employer (if not presently employed). 4. Incomplete/Unsigned application proforma OR application not in prescribed proforma OR application not supported by self-attested copies of relevant documents OR not fulfilling the eligibility criteria OR application received at any other address of NFL other than as mentioned at sl. no. K (1) OR application received after due date shall be summarily ‘Rejected’ and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard
5. Scrutiny and short listing of applications would be done on the basis of documents enclosed with the prescribed application form. No interim correspondence by the candidates regarding availability/non - availability of documents would be entertained. Accordingly, candidates are advised to enclose all relevant documents along with the hardcopy of application form. All communications with the candidates would be made on the e-mail id submitted by them in their application proforma.
