Applications are invited for engagement of experienced superannuated NFL Employees on Contract basis as Advisor (E4-E6), Sr.Consultant (E-0-E3) and Consultant (W7-W12) in Mechanical, Electrical, Laboratory and Materials/ Transportation Discipline at Vijaipur Unit.
1. Post Name: Sr.Consultant (E0-E3)
2. No of Posts: 14
3. Period of engagement will be six months which can be extended for another 6 months on the basis of performance and discretion of Management. However, in case of Materials/Transportation discipline, the period of engagement shall be six months only.
4. Emoluments:
i. Executives - 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next higher 100 rupees).
ii. Non-Executives:- 50% of Last drawn Pay (Basic Pay +DA) (rounded off to the next higher 100 rupees).
iii. Special Pay, Personal Pay / Stagnation Increment, etc. being drawn at the time of superannuation shall not be payable. No other allowance / perks shall be payable.

Selection Procedure
1. Selection of the candidates will be made through a personal interview. No TA/DA is payable for appearing in the interview or for joining at Unit in case of selection.
2. List of Shortlisted candidates will be displayed on website and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at Vijaipur Unit.

Interested eligible superannuated employee may submit the application in the enclosed Pro-forma along-with self attested copies of certificates regarding date of birth, should reach on or before 30.12.2021 in a sealed envelope subscribed as "Application for engagement as Advisor/ Sr.Consultant/ Consultant" to Chief Manager(HR) at Vijaipur Unit.
