National Health Mission–Tamil Nadu is seeking applications from eligible candidates for the position of IT Coordinator in LMIS for State Programme Management Unit at Chennai, Tamil Nadu

1. Position : IT Coordinator - LMIS

2. No of Position : 01

3. Qualifications : Bachelor of Engineering/ B.Tech/Masters in Computer Application. B.E.(Bio Medical Engineering)/ M.Sc. (Bio Medical Engineering), M.Sc. (MLT). Minimum 1 years of work experience in relevant filed.

4. Remuneration : Rs.21,000/-and commensurate with qualification/experience with provision for annual increment.

5. Period of contract: 11Months-extendable based on annual performance evaluation.

6. Workstation : The work station of the IT Coordinator - LMIS at National Health Mission-Tamil Nadu, State Programme Management Unit, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

7. Termination : The contract can be terminated by either party giving a notice of one month in writing.

8. Job Description : 

a) To Assist & Provide Technical support in Planning & Implementation of EDSS / LIMS in the State in coordination with the three directorates.

b) Should monitor the tracking of Hub and Spoke model of sample transportation in all districts and report to the respective officials on a daily basis.

c) Should assist in all activities related to LIMS Software by coordinating with the District IT Coordinators (LIMS).

d) To Collect and Compile the reports from districts.

e) Based on the training provided they are expected to do Data Analysis of Performance of Labs obtained from districts.

f) To assist in Periodical Monitoring and Review of DPMU unit of EDSS.
