Terms of Reference for HR MIS Coordinator
1. Position: HRMIS Coordinator
2. Number of Positions: One (1)
3. Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
4. Qualifications:
• Graduate with MBA in Human Resource.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR management.
• Knowledge of HR MIS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Remuneration: Rs.40,000/-and commensurate with qualification/experience with provision for annual increment.
5. Period of contract: 11 Months-extendable based on annual performance evaluation
6. Workstation:: The work station of the HRMIS Coordinator in Human Resource Wing at National Health Mission-Tamil Nadu, State Programme Management Unit, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
7. Termination: The contract can be terminated by either party giving a notice of one month in writing

National Health Mission Tamil Nadu, Department of Health and Family welfare was started for the rural population. this programme was launched in Tamil nadu on 12th April 2005, with the view of bring architectural correction of health system to enable it to effectively handle increased allocation and promote policies that strengthen public health management and service delivery as prescribed under the NRHM of India . This programme is for seven years from 2005-2012. National Health mission Tamil nadu was funded by Government of India.
State Rural Health Mission was launched in Tamilnadu on 12.4.05 with the view to bring architectural correction of the health system to enable it to effectively handle increased allocations and promote policies that strengthen public health management and service delivery as prescribed under the NRHM of India. The programme is for the period of 2005-2012. The programme is funded by Government of India.
