National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) invites applications from Retired Government Officers of Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies for engagement of Joint Advisor (Land Acquisition) on full time contract basis for its Regional Office to look after the related office work. 1. Post Name: Joint Advisor (Land Acquisition) 2. No. of Posts: 01 3. Place of Requirement: Regional Office – Bengaluru 4. Method of Recruitment: Contract Basis 5. Period of Contract: Initial tenure of engagement will be for a period of one year in the first instance, which may be further extended on yearly basis up to a period of two years, based on the requirements of NHAI and the satisfactory performance. NHAI reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, without assigning any reason. 6. Remuneration (Per month): i) For officers retired form Central/ State Government / PSSUs/ Autonomous bodies, who are in receipt of Pension from Public Funds. Rs. 90,000/- to Rs.1,25000/- ii) For Officers retired form Central/ State Government/ PSSUs/ Autonomous bodies, who are not in receipt of Pension from Public Funds Rs. 1,25,000/- to Rs.1,50,000/- 7. Eligibility Criteria: Retired Officers from Central/State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies at the level equivalent to a District Revenue Officer/ Tehsildar equivalent with experience of 10 years as a Revenue Officer. Preference shall be given for local retired Officials having required eligibility criteria. 8. Experience:- Retired Officers from Central/State Government/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies at the level equivalent to a District Revenue Officer/ Tehsildar equivalent - 10 years minimum experience in the relevant Revenue Department and have an in-depth understanding of the current land acquisition process - Prior experience as Assistant Advisor (LA) in any NHAI office is preferred
Pay Scale: INR 90000 - 150000(Per Month)
Age Limit: Below 65 years
