Educational Qualification: M.Pharma, M.E/M.Tech, MVSC, M.Phil/Ph.D, Master of Dental Surgery, MS/MD
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad against SERB funded project entitled “Identification and characterization of CDK-cyclin pair in Theileria annulata and identification of small molecule inhibitor perturbing CDK-cyclin interactions”. PI: Dr. Anand Srivastava, Scientist-D, Co-PI: Dr. Abhijit Deshmukh, Scientist D.
1. Post: Research Associate I
2. Duration: One Year (extendable upon performance)
3. Fellowship amount: Rs.47000/-PM +24% HRA (if applicable) as per the DST guidelines
4. Eligibility:
a. Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS
b. Having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/M.Pharma/ME/MTech, with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
5. Desired Experience: Candidate with experience in molecular biology, cell culture, cloning of genes, expression and purification of proteins, will be given preference.

Selection Procedure

The NIA collaborated with the university of Hyderabad, conducting M.Sc & Ph.d. Programs to train young scientist in discipline of, Translational Research, Genomics, Nutrition Enrichment, Transgenic Technology, Infectious Diseases, Reproductive Biotechnology, etc.
