Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications (as per ICMR Office Memorandum No. 16/29/2023/Admn/E.Office No.157401; Dated October 18, 2024):

• Option 1: Three-year graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering/Life Sciences PLUS three years of post-qualification experience.
• Option 2: Postgraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering/Life Sciences.
• Option 3: Four-year graduate degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Engineering (Biomedical).

Proof of Qualification: Only Provisional Degree Certificate or Convocation Degree Certificate will be accepted. Mark sheets are not sufficient proof.

Desirable Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in the following areas will be preferred:

• Monoclonal antibodies and biosensing.
• Materials science, organoids, and 3-D printing.
• Development of in-vitro models.

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 35 years (as of the closing date of application).
• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD will be applicable as Government of India rules (Standard norms for ICMR projects).
