Eligibility for Assistant Professor (Computer Science & Engineering)

• Essential Qualification:
  1. B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering with first class.
  OR
  2. M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering with first class.
  OR
  3. Ph.D. in relevant fields from an Institute of National Importance after B.E./B.Tech. (with first class) and qualified in GATE (M.E./M.Tech. not required).
• Desirable Specialization: IoT and Embedded System, Cloud Computing, Theoretical Computing, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Pattern Recognition, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Computer Organization and Architecture, Operating System, Software Engineering, Edge and Fog Computing, Big Data, Network and Information Security, Cryptography, Blockchain, Cyber Physical System.

• Essential Qualification:
  1. B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering with first class.
  OR

  3. Ph.D. in relevant fields from an Institute of National Importance after B.E./B.Tech. (with first class) and qualified in GATE (M.E./M.Tech. not required).
• Desirable Specialization: Digital Image Processing, Sensor and Transducers, VLSI Design for Parallel Architecture, Industrial Instrumentation, Microprocessor and Microcontroller, Chip Design and Automation in UG and PG.

A. Candidates without PhD will receive Rs. 57,700/- and candidates with PhD will receive Rs. 64,900/- per month (consolidated).
