1. Joint Director (Admn.)

• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
• Method of Recruitment: Deputation (Initially 3 years).
• Essential Qualification & Experience:
  • Holding analogous post on regular basis OR
  • 5 years experience in Admin/Finance/Vigilance in Pay Scale PB-III (Rs.15,600-39,100) with GP Rs.6,600/- OR
  • 8 years experience in Admin/Finance/Vigilance in PB-III (Rs.15,600-39,100) with GP Rs.5,400/-.
  • Education: Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• Desirable: MBA/PG Diploma in HRD/Finance/Law, Experience in medical/teaching institutes, Computer knowledge.

2. Accounts Officer

• Age Limit: Not specified, but max 56 years usually applies.
• Method of Recruitment: Deputation (Initially 2 years).

  • Education: Degree in Commerce from a recognized university.

  • Experience: Holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in PB-II (Rs.9,300-34,800) with GP Rs.4,200/- (Level 6) as Office Superintendent/Steno/Assistant/Sr. Accountant. At least 3 years experience in relevant field.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.

4. Office Superintendent

• Method of Recruitment: Deputation (Initially 3 years).
• Essential Qualification & Experience:
  • Education: Degree from recognized university.
  • Experience (Option 1): Holding analogous post with experience in Establishment/Administration.
  • Experience (Option 2): Regular post in PB-I (Rs.5,200-20,200) with GP Rs.2,800/- with 6 years experience.
  • Experience (Option 3): Regular post in PB-I (Rs.5,200-20,200) with GP Rs.2,400/- with 11 years experience.

5. Assistant

• Method of Recruitment: Deputation (Initially 3 years).
• Essential Qualification & Experience:
  • Education: Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience (Option 1): Holding analogous post on regular basis.
  • Experience (Option 2): UDC or equivalent with 10 years regular service in PB-I (Rs.5,200-20,200) with GP Rs.2,400/- and experience in Estt./Admin.
