Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, coordination, and execution of events, exhibitions, conferences, fairs, or public programmes in a Government/cultural/reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and execution of book fairs, literary festivals, exhibitions, and outreach programs. Coordinate with publishers, exhibitors, partners, and government departments. Assist in event layouts, exhibitor coordination, logistics, and venue management. Prepare event documentation, reports, presentations, and official communication. Handle VIP visits and official ceremonies.

Age Limit:Maximum 32 years. Age will be determined on the last date of receipt of applications. Age relaxation will be as per Government rules.

Salary (per month):





₹60,000 - ₹70,000 per month.
