Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Superintendent

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Essential qualification, Desirable qualifications, age and experience for the post of Superintendent are as per Recruitment Rules (2019) for Non-teaching staff in NITs notified vide No.F.35-5/2018-TS.III of MHRD’s letters dated 20.02.2019 and 04.04.2019. Any requisite experience gained after the minimum qualifying degree will only be taken into consideration.
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit shall be as per Recruitment Rules. The age limit is determined as of the last date of submission of online application (30.01.2026).

Application Fee

• UR, EWS, OBC (NCL) & Ex-servicemen: Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. 500/- refunded to Ex-servicemen upon appearing for the Screening Test).
• SC/ST/Women applicants: Rs. 500/-.
• PwBD candidates: Exempted from Application & Processing Fee.

Selection Process
