Educational Qualification: 1. Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering) with
Training/Apprentice in Public Health Engineering under
Government of Odisha or Government of India.
2. Working experience of more than 08 years in field of Public
Health Engineering in an Organization/Institute of State
Government or Government of India which is equivalent to NISER
Experience: 1. Experience in construction and maintenance of Public Health
Engineering (including regular water supply lines, Sewerage
treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, water drainage
systems and pipeline of fire-fighting), utilization of waste water in
arboriculture along with experience of construction and
maintenance of ‘rain-water’ harvesting structures in institutions
equivalent to or bigger in scale in comparison with NISER.
2. Working knowledge of design, drawings, specifications, rate
analysis, AUTO CAD software handling, CPWD/DAE billing
methods, estimation and field measurements etc.
3. Good knowledge of CPWD/PWD/DAE manuals and related
regulations.
