Educational Qualification: M.E/M.Tech, MS

1. Post Name: Principal Biometric Architect

2. Essential Qualification: MS/M.Tech/ME from one of the top engineering colleges in India or abroad.

3. Desired Qualification: Ph.D./PhD Scholar from one of the top engineering colleges in India or abroad 

4. Experience : 

a) Ph.D./PhD Scholar with 5 years of experience or Masters with 7 Yrs of experience in IT, especially in Biometric technology/AI/ML/DL/Computer Vision and should have played major technology roles in India or abroad.

b) Responsible for preparing a roadmap for biometrics ecosystems of UIDAI

c) Evaluate and conduct PoCs for biometrics modalities in UIDAI for Deduplication / Authentication

d) Monitor performance of current biometric service providers deployed by UIDAI

e) Evaluate various SDKs provided by BSPs .

f) To be actively involved in the activities of Biometrics Research Centre (to be set up)

g) To supervise in house Research & Development (R&D) in Biometrics technology.

h) Evaluate the performance of indigenously getting developed Dedup engine and SDKs

i) Introduce various AI / ML based models for fraud detection / prevention related to Biometrics
