1. Post name : Senior Business Analyst

2. Requirement: The Business Analyst requires the following education, experience and skills:

a) Engineering graduate (B.E) or Master’s Degree (M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication discipline

b) Senior business analysts require 10-15 years of software development, requirements gathering, consulting studies, and customer interactions

c) Desirable: Experience working with systems and processes of central government, state government and local bodies

d) Desirable: Experience working with Land management systems

e) Analysis of systems and business processes

f) Interviewing skills of customer and users to elicit gaps and improvements

g) Formulating ways to improve current systems and businesses

h) Documentation of the current and future state of business processes

i) Presentation of future state of systems and business processes

j) Conducting workshops and training sessions for customers

k) Collaborating with the project team members - project manager, technical analysts, solution architects, and enterprise architects to arrive at a solution
