National Institute of Smart Government (NISG) Invites Application for Junior Business Analyst Recruitment 2022

1. Post Name: Junior Business Analyst- LMS- Ranchi- 5 Months Project

2.  Background: The Business Analyst role at NISG consists of consulting on systems and processes to central government, state government and local bodies. It requires the Business Analyst to:

a. Capture the as-is systems and business processes

b. Capture and understand the gaps from customer and users

c. Research and analyze the improvements that can be made

d. Arrive at the to-be systems and business processes

e. Collaborate with the NISG team to arrive at as-is-study report, functional specifications requirements and detailed project requirements

3. Requirement: The Business Analyst requires the following education, experience and skills:

a. Engineering graduate (B.E) or Master’s Degree (M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication discipline Junior business analysts require 6-10 years of software development, requirements gathering, consulting studies, and customer interactions 

b. Desirable: Experience working with systems and processes of central government, state government and local bodies

c. Desirable: Experience working with Land management systems Analysis of systems and business processes Interviewing skills of customer and users to elicit gaps and improvements Formulating ways to improve current systems and businesses

d. Documentation of the current and future state of business processes Presentation of future state of systems and business processes Conducting workshops and training sessions for customers

e. Collaborating with the project team members - project manager, technical analysts, solution architects, and enterprise architects to arrive at a solution
