An Online Interview for the engagement of two Project Associates – I (on contract basis) for a Research Project in the Department of Civil Engineering, NIT Calicut is scheduled to be held on 18.05.2022. 1. Position: Project Associates – I 2. No of Post: 02 3. Duration of Engagement : Six Months (on contract basis) and extendable based on the performance of the candidate and availability of the project fund. 4. Name of Project : SERB - Ramanujan Fellowship Scheme 5. Qualifications : ME/M.Tech from a recognized University. GATE : Desirable, not mandatory 6. Area of interest : Concrete Technology, Geopolymer/alkali activated materials 7. Consolidated monthly pay : Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) per month (consolidated) 8. The candidates are expected to apply for the full time Self-funded Ph.D. at NIT Calicut (call for application available on the institute website.)

How to Apply:
1. Candidates have to send an application form in the prescribed format as e-mail to [email protected] with subject “Application for Project Associates - I: RJF/BST-CED”. The self attested copy of all the relevant certificates, submitted application form for Ph.D. Admission (July-2022), and first page of publications (if any) as a single PDF file also has to be sent along with the application form.
a) The interview will be conducted online and the time of which will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through their e-mail. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of information, other documents and photographs submitted.
2. The Institute reserves the right to relax qualification and experience for the candidates with exceptional credentials.
3. Applicants who are employed in government or any other organizations are required to send a “No Objection Certificate” from the employer, if selected for the interview.
4. Last date to receive the submission of online application: 15.05.2022 at 4.00pm
