- Essential: First class B. Tech in electrical / electrical and electronics engineering
- Experience: Refer to official notification
- Desirable: Knowledge in Magnetics design for power converters

Selection Process
After shortlisting, the eligible candidates will be notified by email and are invited for the interview. The Institute reserves the right to relax qualification and experience for the candidates with exceptional credentials.

Candidate have to fill the registration form given and submit the duly filled form (as annexed) along with the most recent CV, Soft-copies of the mark sheet/certificates in support their academic qualification/ experience. - The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of information, other documents and photograph submitted.
- After shortlisting, the eligible candidates will be notified by email and are invited for the interview.
- Applicants who are already in employment (government or any other organization) are required to submit a "No Objection Certificate" from the employer at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for their appearing in the interview.
