Applications are invited from the interested candidates for the post of JRF to work on the R&D project titled “Development of Highly Conductive Ultrathin VS2 Crystals for High-Performance Flexible Supercapacitors” supported by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), DST, New Delhi. The selected candidate will be appointed for one year (on contract)

3. Area of Specialization: Growth and Characterization of Electronic Materials and Devices

4. Maximum Duration: 12 months

5. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 31,000/- (Per month for two years) plus HRA as per norms

6. Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering and M. Tech./MS(R)/M.E./equivalent in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/VLSI with knowledge/expertise in growth and characterization of electronic materials and Devices. Those who have M.Sc. degree in Electronics are also eligible.

7. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) qualification is desirable. Candidates must have at least 6.5/10 CGPA or 60 percent marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university as a full time program. Those who are appearing for M. Tech/M.E./M.Sc. last semester may also apply. Proof of M. Tech/M.E./ M.Sc. certificate has to be provided during the time of interview.
