Eligibility for Real Estate Consultant

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Planning/ Business Administration in related field / Real Estate / B.Tech. (Civil) or a related field with minimum experience of 5 years in the related field. OR Master's Degree in Planning/ Business Administration in related field / PG degree in Valuation of Real Estate by recognized University / M.Tech. (Civil) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with minimum experience of 3 years in the related field.
• Desirable Experience: Expertise in Land Management & Administration, Land & Building appraisal and valuation. Experience in project conceptualization, planning, preparation of feasibility reports, valuation of property, and execution of projects in real estate and infrastructure development. Experience in implementing projects with the Central Government is preferable.

Salary / Stipend

Fixed monthly remuneration between Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 (Excluding GST, if any).
