2. Roles and Responsibilities

a. We are AI enthusiastic organization, Our data science and engineering team responsible for building enterprise data platforms and Artificial intelligence Models at scale

b. The data platform process daily 300 million transactions in real time and batch mode and serving the organization wide reporting needs and Data pipelines for Machine learning and deep learning models

c. We want build large scale models for every function of the organization such as Fraud detection in payments landscape, Image processing and Natural language processing models.

d. Looking for strong visionary leader who can transform the NPCI as AI enabled organization, who can Build Data and AI/ML platform for NPCI and extended community.

3. Technical skills:

a. Actively Participate Design and implementation of the analytics architecture

b. Extensive technical knowledge in spark /Scala, Java, Python

c. Dev ops tools like Kubernates, Dockers Containers as part of Data /AI platform

d. Be involved in data bases ( SQL to NoSQL)

e. Do real time streaming and distributed data processing.

f. Work closely with business teams to translate business requirements to technical solutions

g. Experience with data science, statistical analysis, data mining and predictive algorithms

h. Strong Expertise in Machine learning and Deep learning algorithms

i. Strong experience in Computer vision & NLP systems

j. Strong experience in building machine learning pipelines

k. A solid understanding of data security and privacy laws

l. Experience in building and supporting BI/analytics/big data business cases

4. Desired Candidate Profile:

a. Post Graduate degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or a related field. 

b,. 15 + years of experience with minimum of 10 years of experience progressively responsible in a directly related area, during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.
