Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 23 October 2026 for all posts. All qualifications and experiences must have been held as on the advertisement date. Every applicant must possess excellent writing skills in English and Malayalam, computer proficiency, and thorough knowledge of MS Office / Open Office.
- Data Entry Operator (7 Posts): Any Graduation with DCA; thorough knowledge in English & Malayalam Editor (ISM / Thoolika); one year post-qualification experience.
- Lab Technician (4 Posts): Intermediate (Plus Two) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
- Accountant: BCom with Tally; two years post-qualification experience.
- State Accounts Manager: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant.
- State Accountant: Post Graduate in Commerce with 2 years experience in Finance Management; or MBA (Financial Management/Accounts) with 1 year experience; or 2 years experience in Audit/Accounts; plus computer certificate course.
- Urban Health Finance Manager: CA / CMA / MBA (Financial Management); 5 years experience in Health Sector and accounts.
- State Finance cum Logistics Officer: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance); 5 years experience, preferably in Health Sector.
- Budget and Finance Officer: MBA Finance; minimum 3 years experience in a reputed undertaking.
- Consultant Finance - PMABHIM: CA / ICWAI (2 years exp) or MBA Finance (5 years exp).

Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Selection is based on qualification, experience, and performance in the interview.
