The Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam, is one of the Indian Navy’s most critical and strategically important operational bases and maintenance hubs. It serves as the principal repair and refit yard for the Eastern Fleet of the Indian Navy, providing comprehensive technical support, maintenance, refits, and modernization for a wide range of naval assets, including submarines, warships, and auxiliary vessels.
