Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow

• Essential Qualification: Graduate degree in relevant professional course (B.E./B.Tech) with first division and a valid NET/GATE score. OR Post Graduate degree in relevant professional course (M.E./M.Tech) with first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
• Discipline Requirement: The Degree and Post Graduate Degree should be in the same Discipline (Branch/Subject). Valid NET/GATE score is essential for B.E./B.Tech candidates.
• Age Limit: Up to 28 years (Relaxable for SC, ST, and OBC as per Govt. of India guidelines).

Selection will be based on:

• Written Test (Objective type Multiple Choice Questions) may be conducted to shortlist candidates, if necessary.
• Interview / Performance in interview.
• Panel of selected candidates will be prepared for current and anticipated future vacancies (valid for one year from date of interview / publication of results).

Application Fee

• Rs. 10/- to be paid via crossed Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft in favour of “The Director, NSTL” payable at Visakhapatnam OR online payment to Account: Director NSTL Public Fund Account, SBI NSTL Branch, A/c No. 10364722847, IFSC SBIN0011161.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC are exempted from payment.
