2. Last date for submission of online forms will be two weeks from the date of publication of this advertisement in the institution website 10th October 2021 and the tentative date for the offline interview for the shortlisted candidates will be on the 18th October 2021.
Important Instructions:
1. Candidates must be able to produce all relevant documents related to thcir qualifications & experience in original and submit one set of photocop and attested copies of the same and two passport size recent photograph. whenever required (prior to final selection). The Candidates not producing Original Certificates will not be considered.
2. The decision of the Selection Panel will be final.
3. The candidates must be able to read and write and converse in English. Knowledge of local languages is desirable.
4. All the posts are purely temporary on contractual basis. The appointment will be initially for a period of 6 months which may be renewed depending performance of the candidate and extension of the project from the funding agency. Total project duration is 3 years.
5. Date of determination of eligibility will be as on the last date for online application. NEIGRIHMS Recruitment
6. The terms and conditions of contract appointment shall be governed by the contractual bond of Agreement agreed upon by the Institute and employee concerned.
7. Selection will be based on the perfomance of the candidate in the testlinterview and the qualifications.
8. Candidates for the Data Entry Operator may be asked to performa Speed test on computer. Those selected should make their own arrangements for accommodation. HRA will not be provided.

About North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute Of Health & Medical Sciences
A Super-specialty Teaching and Referral Institute with State-of-the-Art-Technology. Registered as an Autonomous Institute under Meghalaya Societies Act 1983.
A Post Graduate Tertiary Care Medical Institute under the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare - The First in North East established by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, in 1987.
An Institute of National Importance -Declared by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on January 22, 2000.
Center of Excellence for Medical Education and Human Health Resource Development- Only medical institute of the country to be declared 'Centre of Excellence' on January 3, 2007, by Parliament.
The Hospital started in the Interim Hospital Facility (IHF) in Polo on 20th August 1998 with OPD Services and was shifted to the Permanent Campus in Mawdiangdiang in the year 2007.
Permanent Campus at Mawdiangdiang, Shillong is spread over a lush green area measuring about 273 Acres.
Presently it offers several professional courses at Graduate, Postgraduate & Post Doctoral levels that are affiliated to the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), a Central University. The Institute has a Medical College and also a Nursing College running undergraduate courses recognised by Medical Council of India and Indian Nursing Council.
Awaiting Autonomous status as "Deemed University" by an Act of Parliament.
