Laboratory Technician, Data Manager

Educational Qualification:
Laboratory Technician: B.Sc in MLT from recognized Institution/ university/ Board with 1 year of experience. OR 10+2 in science with DMLT 2 years course from a recognized University/ Institute with 3 years of experience.
Data Manager: B.Sc in Medical Microbiology/ Medical Lab Technology (MLT) Microbiology/ Biotechnology with minimum one-year experience in clinical microbiology/ bacteriology laboratory. Must be proficient in computer applications (MS-Word, Excel, and Power point).
Pay Scale:
INR
25000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.
Selection Procedure: Lists of the Shortlisted candidates will be uploaded in the Institute website. The date and time of the interview will also be intimated through the website. Candidates are advised to check the Institute website regularly for the same.

1. Interested candidates should fill the details in the attached format as given in Annexure-1, a copy of the latest resume along with attested copies of the certificate in support of age, educational qualifications, and relevant experience etc.
2. Applications should be submitted offline to the Office of the Department of Microbiology, NEIGRIHMS, Shillong. The last date of submission of applications will be on the 31st July 2025 latest by 3.30 PM. No application will be entertained after the said date and time.

The North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute Of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) stands as a premier super-specialty teaching and referral institute equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Established in 1987 by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, it holds the distinction of being the first central government health institution in the North East. As an autonomous body registered under the Meghalaya Societies Act 1983, NEIGRIHMS plays a pivotal role in medical advancement and public welfare.
Institute of National Importance & Excellence
Recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Hon'ble Prime Minister in 2000, NEIGRIHMS is also a unique 'Centre of Excellence' for medical education and human health resource development, a status conferred by Parliament in 2007. Located on a sprawling 273-acre lush green campus in Mawdiangdiang, Shillong, the institute operates a tertiary care hospital and offers graduate, postgraduate, and post-doctoral courses affiliated with the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU).
