NLC India Limited Apprentice Recruitment 2025-26 – Apply Online for 575 Posts

NLC India Limited, a 'Navratna' Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Coal, has invited applications for the engagement of Graduate and Technician Apprentices for the year 2025-26. This is a great opportunity for engineering and pharmacy graduates/diploma holders to gain apprenticeship training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973. Vacancy Details

Eligibility for Graduate Apprentices

• Essential: A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a Statutory University/Institution in relevant discipline. Or, Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State/Central Government.
• Other Requirements: Candidates should be from Tamil Nadu, Andhrapradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Kerala and Union Territories of Pondicherry. Must have passed the qualifying exam in 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025. Candidates should not have undergone or be presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training elsewhere.

Eligibility for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices

• Essential: A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government/University in relevant discipline.
• Other Requirements: Candidates should be from Tamil Nadu, Andhrapradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Kerala and Union Territories of Pondicherry. Must have passed the qualifying exam in 2021/2022/2023/2024/2025. Candidates should not have undergone or be presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training elsewhere.

Salary/Stipend

The stipend is fixed as per the Apprentices Act. Graduate Apprentices will receive Rs. 15,028/- per month (of which Rs. 4500/- will be paid by Government under DBT scheme). Technician Apprentices will receive Rs. 12,524/- per month (of which Rs. 4000/- will be paid by Government under DBT scheme).

• Closing of On-Line registration: 02-01-2026 by 05:00 PM
• Last Date for submission of Hard copies: 09-01-2026 by 05:00 PM
• Date of Display of candidates called for Certificate Verification: 17-01-2026
• Dates of Certificate Verification: 21-01-2026 to 23-01-2026
• Date of Display of provisionally selected candidates: 04-02-2026
• Reporting / Joining of Candidates: GAT: 10-02-2026, TAT: 16-02-2026

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying Diploma/Degree. In case of a tie, the senior most candidate (based on date of birth) will be considered. The percentage calculation will be based on the university/institution's procedure. If grades/CGPA are awarded, percentage will be calculated by multiplying CGPA by 10 (in absence of any other procedure).

3. Apply Online for (Graduate & Technician apprentices) under Advt. No. L&DC/04A/2025.
4. Complete the application form and take a printout.
5. Send the signed registration form along with self-attested copies of required documents (Degree/Provisional Certificate, Marksheets, SSLC/HSC Marksheets, Transfer Certificate, Community Certificate, ID proofs, etc.) to the Office of The General Manager, Learning and Development Centre, Block-20, NLC India Limited, Neyveli – 607 803 on or before 09-01-2026 by 05:00 PM.
