Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc
This Institute invites applications from eligible candidates for online interview for filling up the following purely temporary positions:
1. Post Name: Project Associate-I
2. No. of Post: 01
3. Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Chemistry.
4. Desirable: Candidates with NET /GATE qualified and prior research experience for at least 2 years in synthesis and characterization of materials.
5. Monthly Stipend: 31,000/-+HRA for who possess valid CSIR-UGC NET Score (including lectureship) or valid GATE score 25,000/-+ HRA for who do not fulfill the above.

Pay Scale: INR 25000 - 31000(Per Month)

Selection Procedure
1. The duly constituted Screening Committee will adopt its own criteria for short-listing the candidates.
2. The shortlisted candidates will be called for ONLINE INTERVIEW. The date and time of online interview will be notified in our website www.niist.res.in in due course.
3. Interim enquiries will not be attended to.

1. Closing Date of on-line Application : 18-02-2022, 5.30 Pm (Friday)
2. Eligible candidates are required to apply on-line through CSIR-NIIST website https://www.niist.res.in/english/category/careers/temporary-positions only. No other mode of application will be accepted.
3. On-line application link will be available from 11-02-2022, 05.30 PM to 18-02-2022, 5.30 PM.
4. In case of Universities/Institute awarding CGPA/SGPA/OGPA grades etc., candidates are requested to convert the same into percentage based on the formula as per their university/institute.
5. Candidates have to upload scanned copies of all certificates including educational qualification, experience, age and community. Incomplete applications will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.
