The CSIR-National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST) is currently inviting eligible candidates to participate in a walk-in interview for two temporary positions: Project Associate-1 (Post Code: MSTD-1) and Project Assistant (Post Code: MSTD-2). Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Physics from a recognized university or equivalent
OR B.E/B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering
Monthly Stipend:
Rs.31,000/- + 18% HRA for candidates who possess a CSIR-UGC NET Score (including lectureship) or GATE score
Rs.25,000/- + 18% HRA for candidates who do not fulfill the above criteria
Age Limit: 35 years (maximum, as of the date of the walk-in-interview)

Qualifications:
3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering
Monthly Stipend:

It is important to note that the posts are purely temporary and the number of posts may vary based on the institute's requirements and the interview process. Candidates should bring original certificates and a copy of the Bio-data along with photocopies of certificates etc. no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
