Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc
This Institute invites applications from eligible candidates for online interview for filling up the following purely temporary positions:
1. Name of the post: Project Associate-II
2. No. of posts: 02
3. Essential Qualification:
i. Master’s Degree in Physics with 2 years of research experience in stimuli-responsive device fabrication.
ii. B.E / B.Tech in (Metallurgical / Materials / Mechanical Engineering) with 2 years Industrial / R & D experience.
4. Monthly Stipend: 35,000/-+HRA for who possess valid CSIR-UGC NET Score (including lectureship) or valid GATE score 28,000/-+ HRA for who do not fulfill the above.

Selection Procedure
1. The shortlisted candidates will be called for ONLINE INTERVIEW. The date and time of online interview will be notified in our website www.niist.res.in in due course.
2. Interim enquiries will not be attended to.

1. Eligible candidates are required to apply on-line through CSIR-NIIST website https://www.niist.res.in/english/category/careers/temporary-positions only. No other mode of application will be accepted.
2. On-line application link will be available from 13-12-2021, 05.30 PM to 20-12-2021, 5.30 PM.
3. In case of Universities/Institute awarding CGPA/SGPA/OGPA grades etc., candidates are requested to convert the same into percentage based on the formula as per their university/institute.
4. Candidates have to upload scanned copies of all certificates including educational qualification, experience, age and community. Incomplete applications will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.
5. Persons with disabilities (PwD) fulfilling the eligibility conditions prescribed under GOI instructions are encouraged to apply.
