Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, M.Sc
This Institute invites applications from eligible candidates for online interview for filling up the following purely temporary positions:
1. Name of the post: Project Associate I

3. Essential Qualification:
i. Master’s Degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology
ii. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Chemical / Enviornmental Engineering.
4. Desirable:
i. Experience in fungal cultivation and bioactive preparation from bacterial cultures
ii. One year of industrial or research experience in the area of design and development of environmental systems.
5. Monthly Stipend: 31,000/-+HRA for who possess valid CSIR-UGC NET Score (including lectureship) or valid GATE score,25,000/-+ HRA for who do not fulfill the above.

Selection Procedure
1. The shortlisted candidates will be called for ONLINE INTERVIEW. The date and time of online interview will be notified in our website www.niist.res.in in due course.
2. Interim enquiries will not be attended to.

2. On-line application link will be available from 13-12-2021, 05.30 PM to 20-12-2021, 5.30 PM.
3. In case of Universities/Institute awarding CGPA/SGPA/OGPA grades etc., candidates are requested to convert the same into percentage based on the formula as per their university/institute.
4. Candidates have to upload scanned copies of all certificates including educational qualification, experience, age and community. Incomplete applications will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.
