Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
For Deputy Registrar (Deputation):
- Holding analogous post on regular basis OR with 3 years regular service in Level 11 OR 5 years in Level 10.
- Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Experience in administration, finance, and accounts.
For Administrative Officer (Direct Recruitment):
- Essential: Regular Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in administration, establishment, vigilance, finance, purchase, etc. Out of this, at least 4 years must be in a Supervisory level.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Law/Management/Engineering.
2. Age Limit & Relaxation
- Cut-off Date: The crucial date for determining age and qualifications is the last date of receipt of application (23/03/2026).
- Age Relaxation: Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen will be applicable as per Govt. of India norms.
3. Mandatory Requirements
- Applicants must be Indian Citizens.
- Candidates serving in Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel.
- For Deputation: Must submit ACRs/APARs (last 5 years), Integrity Certificate, and Vigilance Certificate.
Selection Procedure
Since this is a recruitment for Group 'A' posts, the selection is based on merit and interview, not a written exam. The process is as follows:
- Screening: A Screening Committee will shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Mere eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
- Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
- Final Selection: Based on interview performance and verification of documents.
Legal Note: Appointment against the post of Deputy Registrar is subject to the outcome of Writ Petition No. 12816 of 2023 at Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh.
