Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
This post is purely on a deputation basis for officers of Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, Statutory Organizations, PSUs, Recognized Universities, or Research Institutes.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Five (5) years experience in promotion and development of industries.
- Service Conditions for Candidates:
- Holding analogous post on a regular basis; OR
- 2 years service in Level-8 (Rs. 47,600 - 1,51,100) or equivalent; OR
- 4 years service in Level-7 (Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400) or equivalent.
- Armed Forces Personnel: Officers of the rank of Lieutenant (or equivalent) due to retire or transfer to reserve within one year, possessing the required educational qualifications and experience.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be done through screening of applications forwarded by the Cadre/Head of Departments. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview or submission process. The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed three (3) years.

- Application in prescribed format (Annexure-II) signed and countersigned by the Cadre/Appointing Authority.
- Attested ACRs for the last 5 years.
- Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, and Penalty Certificate (last 10 years).
- Cadre clearance certificate.
- Self-attested copies of educational certificates.
