Technical Officer and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 124 Posts

Educational Qualification: Chief Fire Officer: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. B.E in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Technical Officer / C (Computers): B.E / B.Tech from a recognized university in any of the following engineering branches with minimum 60% marks. Deputy Chief Fire Officer: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. B.E in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Station Officer: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks + Valid Heavy vehicle Driving license + passed Station Officer’s course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. BE in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks Sub-Officer: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + Passed Sub-Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. Persons having valid Heavy Vehicle Driving license will be given preference. Driver-and-Pump Operator-and-Fireman/A (DPOF/A): HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + valid Heavy vehicle Driving license with minimum one year driving experience + certificate course in fire-fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguisher etc from the State Fire Training Centre.

Pay Scale: INR 21700-67700/- Per Month

Age Limit: Not more than 40 years.

Application Fee: Chief Fire Officer/A - Rs. 500/-. Technical Officer /C (Computers) - Rs. 500/-. Deputy Chief Fire Officer/A - Rs. 500/-. Station Officer/A - Rs. 200/-. Sub-Officer/B - Rs. 200/-. Driver-and-Pump Operator-and-Fireman/A (DPOF/A) - Rs. 100/-.
