Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Retired ONGC Executives: Must have a minimum of 5 years cumulative experience specifically in Hazira Plant, Uran Plant, or CPF Gandhar.
• Retired PSU Professionals: Candidates from other PSUs with minimum 5 years work experience in refineries or petro-chemical plants are eligible.
• Designation Level: Must have held E4/E5 level designation at the time of retirement. E6 level candidates are also eligible, but remuneration will be capped at the E5 level.
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in relevant engineering field (as per ONGC standards for E4/E5 level).

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 63 years.
• Cut-off Date: Age is calculated as of 15-03-2026.

Selection Process

The selection is based on a merit list generated from Educational Qualification, Relevant Experience, and Personal Interview. There is no written examination.

Selection Stages:

1. Application Scrutiny: Evaluation based on educational qualifications and relevant experience.
2. Personal Interview: Eligible candidates will be called for an interview.

Merit Calculation (Weightage):

Interview Requirements:

• Candidates must score a minimum of 60% marks (24 marks out of 40) in the personal interview to be considered for selection.

Salary / Remuneration

• Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 66,000/- per month.
• Communication Reimbursement: Up to Rs. 2,000/- per month.
• Payment Structure:
  • 80% of monthly honorarium + reimbursement paid monthly.
  • 20% paid after performance assessment at the end of the engagement period.
• Annual Increment: A 5% increment on the monthly honorarium part is applicable if the tenure is extended after 1 year.
