Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Superintending Research Scientist [CH-01]: Ph.D. in Chemistry / Geology / Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering with relevant Master’s Degree (min. 60% marks); Minimum 04 years post-qualification relevant work experience.
- Senior Officer (Mechanical) [ME-02]: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. 4 years duration, min. 65% marks). Excludes Automation, Automobile, Industrial, Power, Manufacturing, Production, Mechatronics, Mining, Marine, Robotics Engineering, etc.
- Senior Officer (Petroleum) [PE-03]: Master’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering / Technology (min. 2 years duration, min. 60% marks) with Engineering at Graduation level.
- Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor [AC-04]: Associate Member of ICAI / ICMAI.
- Hindi Officer (Official Language) [HO-05]: Post Graduate Degree in Hindi; Minimum 03 years post-qualification relevant work experience.
- Confidential Secretary [CS-06]: Graduate with 01/02 years Diploma in Secretarial Practice / Modern Office Management / Executive Assistant Diploma; Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by a Personal Interview or Proficiency Test / Skill Test, as applicable.
- Grade A & Grade B Posts (Table I & II): CBT (100 marks, 85% weightage) + Personal Interview (15 marks, 15% weightage). Final Score = (CBT × 0.85) + PI Marks.
- Grade A Posts - Hindi Officer & Confidential Secretary: CBT (100 marks, 100% weightage for merit) followed by qualifying Proficiency Test / Skill Test (100 marks; qualifying marks 50 out of 100).
- CBT Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes. Compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour for PwBD candidates.
- Qualifying Marks: 50/100 for UR, OBC(NCL), EWS; 40/100 for SC, ST & PwBD (as applicable).
- TA/DA: Travel Allowance and Dearness Allowance for appearing in CBT/Interview are not specified in the official notification.
