Pandit Deendayal Energy University is looking for meritorious young researcher for the post of Junior Research Fellow – 01 Post for the project titled “Development of MXene-Hierarchical Transition Metal Sulfide Hybrid Nanostructures as Electrocatalysts for Overall Water Splitting” funded by Central Power Research Institute, Bangalore

1. Position: Junior Research Fellow

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification: M.Tech. / M.Sc. in Chemical, Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, Material Science with minimum of 55% of equivalent CGPA from a recognised university.

4. Desired Skills: The candidate should have experience or interest in Material Science, Catalysis, Nano-materials, Fuel Cell and Water Splitting with knowledge of physical and Electro-chemical characterisation Techniques.

5. Duration: 12 Months (may be extended as per requirement or till project completion based on performance).

6. Fellowship: As per Funding agency norms.

Selection Procedure

1. Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview through e-mail. Offer of fellowship is purely contractual and limited to project for the project duration only as per funding agency norms and does not confer any right to the selected candidate for absorption in PDEU.

2. Candidates are required to produce all certificates/testimonials in original at the time of interview.

3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
