Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Common Requirements (All Posts): Medically fit retired Defence Services personnel, Punjab Domicile mandatory, Working knowledge of Punjabi (10th Punjabi certificate), Proficiency in computers.
• DGM (IT): Retired Defence Services officer of rank Col/Lt Col/Maj or equivalent. Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or Software Engineering. 5-10 years experience. Certifications such as SAP, Oracle/ERP, Scrum Master/Agile preferred. Candidates from IIT, IIIT, NIT preferred. Must possess skills in ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics 365), SQL, Java/Python/XML, Network & Cyber Security, Data Centre administration.
• DGM (Project & Ventures): Retired Commissioned Officer of rank Lt Col/Maj or equivalent. Post Graduate degree. Minimum 5-10 years of leadership experience. Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. MBA preferred. Knowledge of Punjab industrial ecosystem desirable.
• DGM (Security): Retired Col/Lt Col/Maj who has commanded a unit, sub-unit, or equivalent establishment. (Full eligibility to be checked in official notification).

Selection Process & Screening Clause
