Educational Qualification: B.Sc, DMLT, MLT
Applications are invited for the post of Laboratory Technician for a ICMR project "ICMR-National Hospital based Registry on Venous Thromboembolic Disorders (i- RegVED" in the Dept. of Hematology, PGIMER, Chandigarh, as per details provided below:
1. Position: Laboratory Technician
2. No. of posts: 01
3. Duration: One year, extendable on yearly basis depending upon satisfactory performance and co-terminus with the project
4. Qualification:
B.Sc. M.L.T. from a recognized institute, or, 2-year diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology after 12th pass in science subjects and 1-year experience in recognized medical laboratory 1-year diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology after 12th pass in science subjects and 2-year experience in a recognized medical laboratory
5. Desirable: Experience in Venous blood sampling, Coagulation testing, molecular genetic testing and Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
6. Salary/Stipend: AS per lCMR rule

Selection Procedure
1. Only the shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be informed by return email on 10th May 2022.
2. An interview will be conducted (physical) on 12th May 2022 (Thursday) at the office of undersigned at 11:00 AM (Room 544 or Seminar Room, department of Hematology, Fifth Floor, Research A-block, PGIMER, Chandigarh-160012).
