Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification (Part 1): B.Sc. Home Science/Community Science with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.
• Essential Qualification (Part 2): M.Sc. in one of the following specializations with minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks:
  • Apparel and Textile Science
  • Clothing & Textile
  • Food & Nutrition
  • Human Development
  • Human Development & Family Studies
  • Family Resource Management
  • Resource Management & Consumer Science
• Note: Candidates without a Master's degree but possessing a Ph.D. Degree in the discipline required at Master's level are also eligible.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Preference will be given to NET qualified candidates.
  • Punjabi Language: Matric level certificate of Punjabi language from Punjab School Education Board or any other recognized Board (as first or second language).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

2. Age Limit

• Candidates must be between 21 to 45 years of age.
