Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Faculty: Graduate (Science/Commerce/Arts) or Post Graduate. Desirable: MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/B.Sc. (Veterinary)/B.Sc. (Horticulture)/B.Sc. (Agri.)/B.Sc. (Agri Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed. Excellent communication skills in local language; fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Watchman / Gardener: Passed 7th Standard. Experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Selection will be based on a Written Test and Personal Interview. The Written Test assesses General Knowledge and computer capability. The Personal Interview assesses communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, and ability to get along with trainees. A Demonstration/Presentation may be conducted to assess teaching skills and communication capability for faculty posts. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test or interview.
