Applications are being invited for the various vacant posts from officials of Indian Railway The specifications/ requirements of the vacancies are as under:

1. Position: Executive Director/General Manager (SD & BD)

2. Number of Posts & Location: 01 at Delhi

3. Eligibility: Executive Director: IRSE Officers in SAG (Level 14/ 7" CPC) with a |minimum of 20 years service. General Manager: SAG/NFSAG/SG, IRSE Officers with a minimum of 17 years of group "A' service

4. Scale of pay of the deputation: Level-14 (7th CPC)

5. Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms

6. Tenure of Deputation: 3 years+ 2 years (4th and 5th year) extendable by VC/RLDA.

7. Desirable: Experience in Land Management/Real Estate

8. Others: One scale higher than parent grade or deputation allowance if posted in same grade is permissible. Railway accommodation, TADK or Care Taker allowance, Liberal lease facility including Self Lease, Conveyance Allowance/Official vehicle, Liberal medical facilities, Soft furnishing allowance, electricity allowance etc. are also available. 2. Number of Posts & Location: 01 at Nagpur

3. Eligibility: CPM: SAG/NFSAG/SG IRSE Officers with a minimum of 17 years of Group A' service.

4. Scale of pay of the deputation: Level-14 (7th CPC)

5. Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms

6. Tenure of Deputation: 3 years+ 2 years (4th and 5th year) extendable by VC/RLDA.

7. Desirable: Experience in Land Management/ Real Estate.

8. Others: One scale higher than parent grade or deputation allowance if posted in |same grade are permissible. 2. Number of Posts & Location: 01 at Surat

3. Eligibility: JGM:-Working on analogous posts or Group *A officer working on regular posts in Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways or engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group A service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Depts. of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Statutory Authorities.

4. Scale of pay of the deputation: JGM: PB-4, Level-13 (7th CPC)

5. Terms of Appointment: Normal deputation terms

6. Tenure of Deputation: 5 years (3 years + 2 years ie. (4th and 5th year extendable by VC/RLDA.)

7. Desirable: Previous experience of financial aspect in Land/ Estate Management.

8. Others: One scale higher than parent grade is permissible or deputation allowance if posted in same grade. Railway accommodation/Railway Passes is also permissible for Railway Officers.
