The Super Speciality Cancer Institute and Hospital is an upcoming state of the art cancer centre that was envisaged by government of Uttar Pradesh under the guidance of leading cancer specialists of India, to provide comprehensive, under one roof facility for cancer management and undertaking cancer related research work and education. The institute is a work in progress to become an advanced national level referral and treatment facility, center of excellence for networking with other national level institutions and international bodies /institutions and a premier center for research in basic and applied oncology, which would be home to national and international talent.
The sprawling hundred-acre campus is gearing up to provide treatment facility with 750 beds in the first phase and total 1250 beds in the second phase of its commissioning. Limited OPD services are already being provided while the full range of services shall commence soon.
