3. Duration: Three years subject to govt's approval for exemption to rvnl from the rule of immediate absorption beyond 31/12/2022

6. Scale Of Pay: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance
7. Experience: Preference Will Be Given To Defence Personnel Having Bachelor Of Engineering Degree & Relevant Working Experience In Construction Organisation.
8. Minimum Eligibility:
a. For AGM (LEVEL 13-A (CDA)J/Rs. 100000-260000/-(1DA)}: OFFICERS OF S&T DEPTT. HOLDING SUBSTANTIVELY posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) OR posts in Level-13(CDA) & having 12-14 years' service in Group A' OR Posts carrying grade Rs. 90000-240000/- (1DA) for four years
b. For JGM {LEVEL-13(CDA)/Rs. 90000-240000/-(1DA)}: OFFICERS OF S&T DEPTT. HOLDING SUBSTANTIVELY 1. posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) OR posts in Level-12(CDA) & having 8-12 years' senvice in Group A' OR posts carrying grade Rs. 80000-220000/-(IDA) for four years.
