The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur, an Institute of National Importance, has released Advertisement No. NITRR/Estt./Advt./2026/556 for the engagement of Temporary Faculty, Teaching Assistants, and Part-Time Faculty on a contract basis for the academic session 2026-27. Applications are invited via email from eligible candidates across multiple Engineering, Sciences, and Humanities departments.

Experience:Desirable for Temporary Faculty and Part-Time positions. For Architecture, at least one year of professional/teaching experience is required for Temporary Faculty.

Salary (Consolidated Remuneration per month):

• Temporary Faculty (Ph.D. & experience): ₹70,000
• Temporary Faculty (M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/MA with Ph.D.): ₹60,000
• Teaching Assistant (B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/MA): ₹50,000
• Part-Time Faculty (Ph.D. & experience): ₹1,000 per period (Ceiling ₹70,000)
• Part-Time Faculty (M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/MA with Ph.D.): ₹1,000 per period (Ceiling ₹60,000)
• Part-Time Faculty (B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA/MA): ₹1,000 per period (Ceiling ₹50,000)
